Within this period two Judges resigned and several attorneys were scared to take the case. Dr. Phillip Ofume took the case and observed everything which is shocking and disgraceful to a country which is wasting life and property to teach justice, human rights, democracy, and freedom. After these Judges resigned, in association with unapproved attorney, Judge Matthew D'Angelo braced courage to take carriage of the case and secretly operated secret courts and proceedings in Florida and Massachusetts without NOTICE TO APPEAR on Dr. Ofume or Ofume family. New version of the family's application for asylum was filed on Sept 1, 2006 and continually censored. To prevent any action in terms of granting relief from job authorization to other services, Judge D'Angelo removed the case from the court and other government base system. During this secret court proceedings, the court refused to inform the family that judge has been assigned to the case. Motion to enter the family's Biometric Test into evidence was filed but the court and Judge refused to grant the motion and the biometric expired. On Sept 8, 2007 the Judge emerged from underground or secret court and thereafter Nebraska service center requested that the Judge sign a phrase "BIOMETRIC TEST IS REQUIRED IN THIS CASE". Judge D'Angelo refused to write, sign and seal this simple phrase. He continued to remove the family case from the system to block right to services including injunctive relief. Judge D'Angelo forced the case down for final hearing (10/16/2007) and shamefully, he ordered that because of your expired biometric your application for asylum is deemed abandoned and removal entered. The case of the government (removal) failed on October 16, 2007 and issue (biometric) which was not pleaded throughout is used to enter removal. Primitive judicial system cannot enter such judgment. Here US is playing with its judicial system and campaign for justice, human rights, democracy, and freedom. Appeal was filed with the BIA and all filings including Ofume’s Notice of Appeal, Brief, Motion, etc were delivered to the BIA in person(Dr. Ofume) and severally stamped by the BIA. Same measure the immigration Judge adopted, BIA removed the family appeal from the entire system and to allow the appealed decision(10/16/2007) to continue to remain on the system. The Assistant Chief of Immigration Judge advised the Ofume family that what happened in Boston with the Immigration Court will not happen in Virginia (BIA). Now it's happening. BIA E-telephone is 1-800-898-7180 (24HOURS/DAY) and you will be led through five-point E-instructions. The recorded voice message said, "IN YOUR CASE THE CLERK IS STOCKED." Why should the Clerk be stocked in case which is limited to Biometric Test and the BIA is requested to write, sign and stamp the phrase "BIOMETRIC TEST IS REQUIRED IN THIS CASE". Dial 1-800-898-7180 and enter the case number and listen to the BIA's obstruction. The Tel. of the Clerk of BIA is 1-703-605-1007 and each time Dr. Ofume calls the clerk, the call is set on continuous ringing without answer. There is no contact with the Clerk's Office. Under zero-income and denial of job authorization and other services, further travel to Virginia carries heavy pain during street begging to get the fare. Churches and other charities are closely watched and advised to deny travel voucher. Reason that the government is out of the case, Dr. Ofume filed motion and other compliance documents for summary Judgment. The only case before the BIA, is BIA to write, sign and stamp the phrase "BIOMETRIC TEST IS REQUIRED IN THIS CASE". ARTICLED AND PUBLISHED:
