Resources, Comcast Cable. The
discussion will be moderated by Carey
Graeber, Board President of New York
Women In Film & Television. The Women
In Media Breakfast is free for all Black
Lily Film Festival attendees.

NYWIFT Power Player Breakfast series
featuring influential women who have
made their marks in the film, television
and new media industries.

Diane L. Robina is President of Comcast
Emerging Networks where she is
responsible for developing new networks
and cultivating and overseeing their
conception, startup and operations. The
first of those networks, FEARnet a
multi-platform network focused on horror
and thriller films, launched in the fall
of 2006. Prior to her arrival at
Comcast, Ms. Robina served as Executive
Vice President of Acquisition Strategies
for MTV Networks where she played a key
role in launching TV Land, HA! (which
became Comedy Central), Logo, Nick UK,
Nick Germany, and the relaunch of TNN.
She also served as Executive Vice
President and General Manager, TNN, and
Associate General Manager and Senior
Vice President of Nick-At-Nite and TV
Land.
Ms. Robina is an elected member of the
Board of Directors for New York Women in
Film and Television. She received her
Bachelor of Arts from the University of
Delaware.

Charisse R. Lillie is Vice President,
Human Resources-Comcast Corporation, and
Senior Vice-President, Human
Resources-Comcast Cable. She is a
frequent lecturer and panelist regarding
diversity, civil rights, employment
discrimination and affirmative action
issues. Ms. Lillie is former Chair of
the Racial Bias in the Justice System
Committee of the Philadelphia Bar
Association. She also served on the
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Committee
on Racial and Gender Bias in the Justice
System. She currently serves as the
Chair of the City of Philadelphia Board
of Ethics. Ms. Lillie was included in
The Legal Intelligencer's "Fifty Most
Influential Women in the Legal
Profession in Pennsylvania" in 2001, in
Philadelphia Magazine's 2004, 2005 and
2006 "Super Lawyer" editions, and most
recently in the 2006 edition of "Who's
Who of American Women" and "Who's Who in
the World". In 2006, she was named by
CableWORLD as one of the Top 50
Minorities in the Cable Industry as well
as one of the Top 100 Most Influential
Women in Cable.
