Now it's before the US supreme Court who, I believe, will not hear the case and revert back to Judge Yohn decision affirming guilt with life in prison. End of story. Then again, the US Supreme Court may overrule Judge Yohn and uphold the Jury's findings. Either way he will not be free...and rightfully so

You're free to believe what you want, but you might want to be careful not to repeat George W Bush's speech in front of the "Mission Accomplished" sign. As we've seen, Dubya later regretted his overly-hasty declaration of victory.

After the US Supreme Court, there are no more appeals. Tell me, what is your take on this case after 27 + years of appeals and review by State and Federal courts and ALL have upheld the verdict or found no improprieties as to Jury selection,Judge conduct or Attorney conduct.
May I ask..do you believe this affirmed murderer is innocent? I've directed that same question to Bryan and of course...as expected..no response nor is there any FACTUAL response from the J4M site who champion this "political prisoner"

As I stated, and I'm pretty sure I'm correct, the last step is the US Supreme Court

IT IS PRETTY SCARY HEARING ALMOST EVERY WEEK ABOUT ANOTHER INNOCENT INMATE WHO SPENT ENDLESS YEARS EITHER ON DEATH ROW OR BEING HELD CAPTIVE WITH REAL KILLERS IN OUR AMERICAN PRISONS.
**THE ESTIMATED NUMBERS OF INNOCENT PRISON INMATES LIVING IN OUR U.S. PRISONS RUNS FROM 5% to 8% OF THE TOTAL 2.3MILLION.
LET'S FACE REALITY AND UNDERSTAND THAT MANY MANY AMERICANS ARE LYING IN OUR COURTS JUST AS MUCH AS THEY ARE IN OUR EVRYDAY SOCIETY!
