MUMIA HAS CHANCE OF NEW TRIAL

The Supreme Court has now been asked, by Mumia's attorney, to grant Mumia a new trial. If they do decide to review his case, there is a good chance that he will get a new trial. And it should be a fairer trial than his first and only fiasco of a proceeding.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor is pushing harder than ever for an execution. And Governor Rendell has expressed his readiness to sign a death warrant.
