Hmm...

Seems to me that "hate speech" refers to people talking about others who are vulnerable to being discriminated against or vulnerable to having crimes committed against them. Looks to me like Kall is talking strictly about people who are more powerful then he is.
I know that the blogger Atrios has very sharply distinguished between giving public figures a hard time on the blogs or other public forums and between publishing their home addresses or phone numbers. He's especially careful about non-public figures.
It'd sure be nice to not have anybody abusing anybody anywhere in any forum, but I'm really not sure Kall's speech fits any useful definition of "hate speech."
