I attended this event and was riveted by Omali Yeshitela's presentation on Sunday. What I am hearing is that we are ALL involved in this. After hearing him and other representation from countriess in Africa, it is clear that the borders in continental Africa must come down, and unification must occur for the benefit of Africans everywhere, as all people of African lineage in all the world experience the SAME oppression for the same reasons, colonialism and the resulting capitalism. Colonialism is finished idealogically with this conference. Time for change is now. We are once again being given a choice how how the future will play out for us. I am going with the freedom of oppressed peoples.. freed by their own hand.
